Bedding and linens (as seen in pictures) can be included for an additional fee! Only fitted sheet will come with regular rental.The bike rack on the back can hold two bikes with plenty more storage underneath for luggage or additional camping gear.Included:Toilet Paper, Paper Toweling, Kitchenware, Coffee/Tea, Outdoor Tables, and Cleaning Supplies.Add-ons Available:

Customer agrees that they will return unit in the same condition as they received it, with fuel tank full and waste tanks empty. ***No Smoking allowed in the RV*** Pick Up/Drop Off Times will be agreed upon when booking. Pet Policy: We're animal lovers ourselves and understand the joys of bringing a pet on vacation. However, they aren't the cleanest. Between fur and added dirt it adds time to cleaning. $50-$100 will be added for cleaning.**We apologize for the inconvenience but we will not be allowing bookings for large festivals like Burning MAN.
