Great for couples and small families. Includes a queen-size bed with newer Brooklyn Bedding mattress & mattress cover. Dinette can be made into a bed, and the recliners are fairly comfortable for sleep. Will include sheets & comforter for the queen mattress. Extra blankets under the bed. Our favorite features are the color-changing fireplace, outdoor speakers, awning, and outdoor griddle. Additionally, you'll have a large bathroom & shower, lots of closet space, and a pantry. There are a couple of games an outdoor rug, camp chairs, and a folding table in the king-size passthrough storage. Delivery only.What's includedGames: Cornhole, giant dice, cards, Scrabble, Monopoly, Rummikub
