Grill (propane flat top) & utensils, 4 folding camp chairs, & 1 folding table.
Kitchen:
Basic cookware, tableware set for 8, 2 large serving bowls, can opener, ice cream scoop, small drip coffee maker w/4 mugs, 2 insulated cups, 2 slice toaster, salt & pepper, dish soap, dish sponge, kitchen towel, pot holders, trash can with bags, & bin for returnables.
Bathroom:
1 bath towel and 1 face towel for each guest. Toilet paper, hand soap, hand towel, & hair dryer.
Misc:
Tower fan. Basic cleaning supplies and broom. Blue towels may be used for any mess on the floor or outside, if needed.

If you will not have sewer hookup and do not have the grey/black water tanks emptied via honey wagon service, there will be an additional charge for us to empty them.
NOTE: If you have sewer hookup, you will not be charged, even if we need to stop by to open the valve and empty the tank. It takes ~2 min. The black water tank cannot be left open or solids may harden in the tank and cause damage. We are happy to walk you through doing this yourself too, for those that want the full RV experience.
If you will not have water hookup, we can fill the water tank for you (43 gal).
If you will not have electric hookup, the battery will not be much help. We do not suggest renting our RV without electric hookup unless you have a generator and can use it at your site. Note, most functions (but not all) will work on 15/20amp (regular home plug). Propane can be used for grill, stove, fridge, and hot water. AC will not work without 30amp.

This was just exactly what we needed--we hoped for a little get away to Acadia this year and Laura and Jarrod made this possible. And it was as magical as we had hoped in good part because the RV was in great condition, was perfect layout for us and had all of the things that we needed to have a comfortable and easy stay! My dad is a cook and my 8 year old boy is just that--all of our needs were met in this well equipped RV! Laura was also kind enough to answer all sorts of other questions about the area and that was just icing on cake for us. The communication was great. We are already making a plan for next year and that is the highest form of flattery in the hospitality business, I think!

We had a GREAT trip to Acadia! The travel trailer was perfect for us and everything was as-described. The Owner's were terrific and reached out ahead of time with details, and promptly answered any questions we had. We reserved a spot at a local campground (Smuggler's Den, we really liked the campground too!), everything was setup nicely before we arrived and it was SO easy to simply show up and enjoy the surroundings, thank you for a memorable trip!

From beginning to end this was an outstanding experience. Not only the RV was delivered as promised, perfectly clean and beds were made and it was well stocked.
