Welcome to High Altitude Rentals! We are *delivery only* - you will arrive to a completely set up camping experience - you only need to provide food and toiletries! This is a brand-new unit to our fleet! Check out our other listings to read our **5** star reviews!We specialize in Hurkey Creek campground, Desert Areas (Palm Desert, Indio, Desert International Horse Park, Rancho Mirage) San Jacinto Mountains (Idyllwild, Lake Hemet), Temecula Valley (Vail Lake and Lake Skinner) - **We deliver to offsite campgrounds for Coachella and Stagecoach - we do not deliver direct to festival grounds**We are local long-time residents and would love to share the beauty of our mountain and the warmth of the Palm Springs/Indio area with your family!We set-up and break down your entire campsite. All you need to do is arrive with your food, beverages and toiletries and let us take care of everything else! This is a true "no hassle" camping experience. In addition, our long-term desert rentals come with weekly propane refills along with linen refreshment services. All rentals also include a Smores kit!The master bedroom is private and features a queen-sized bed with upgraded mattress. The two bunks in the rear are twin beds with the couch folding into a double bed. The dinette also turns into a bed.The kitchen comes with full service for 8 (cups, coffee cups, plates, bowls and silverware), toaster, coffee maker and Keurig (coffee pods, sugar and creamer all provided), all utensils, mixing bowls, spices, a full set of pots and pans, oven sheet pans, all cleaning supplies, broom, Smore and grilling supplies and blender. If you have it at home, more than likely this kitchen has it! We supply each rental with both kitchen and outdoor garbage bags, sandwich bags, freezer bags, foil and saran wrap. Paper towels and napkins are also supplied. Included are hot pads, oven mitts and kitchen towels.Bathroom: We provide hand soap, 8 rolls of toilet paper, 6 extra large bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths along with extra large beach towels. You will need to provide basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, bar soap). The bathroom also includes a basic first aid kit.Linens: All linens are provided. Each of the two twin bunks come with sheets and comforters, along with all linens and pillows. Additional linens are provided for the couch in the bunkroom and for the dinette that converts into a bed. The queen bed in the master bedroom comes with all linens and bedspread. The queen master also includes a pillow topper on the mattress for a comfortable night's rest. Extra blankets are provided for those cooler nights.Pets: We love our furry friends and want them to experience their best vacation! Your pet fee comes with a dog feeding/watering station. A "pup" patio hangout outdoor lounge and we also provide a pet fence to help protect your pets while you are out camping (please request this when booking).Games/Extras: We provide board and card games for making those fun camp nights! We have UNO, Scrabble, Candyland, Sorry, Trouble, Dominoes and 2 decks of cards. For the littles, we provide 2 complete fishing kits! Everything they need to make those lasting memories!The RV has a Smart TV. USB ports located throughout (also at each bunk). A nice size bathroom with full size shower. Master bedroom also exits directly outside.Outside, the trailer provides you with an outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, griddle (great for bacon and eggs in the morning!) and BBQ.Outdoors: We provide 4 camp chairs and two camp end tables. In addition, we provide a 5 ft folding table for ease in prepping food outdoors. An 8' X 12" RV Mat is also provided.Please see our add-on's for a full-size 35" barrel charcoal BBQ grill with damper and chimney that includes briquets, lighter fluid and a full set of BBQ tools. •Please note that while we do not deliver directly to festival grounds, we will deliver to nearby parks during festival periods such as Coachella and Stagecoach. This rule does not include Desert International Horse Park, we offer delivery to this park directly for all events.
Any smoking indoors or near the unit of ANY kind of substance will forfeit the entire security deposit. Drugs and vaping are prohibited.
A lost key charge of $150.00 will apply if keys are lost.
A $50.00 per 1/2 hour charge will be implemented for every 1/2 hour that the renter fails to show to meet for drop off/pick up at the camp location after agreed upon meeting time.
Pets should not be left alone inside the rental unless in a kennel. Any pet damage beyond the initial pet charge will be charged to your security deposit. If we see any evidence that a pet was in the unit and the pet fee was not added, we will automatically add the pet fee.
If anything other than toilet paper ends up in the tanks and causes clogging, a fee will be assessed. No wipes, napkins, menstrual products should ever be flushed down toilet due to possible blockage. Only the special toilet paper provided by us should be used.
Going on the roof is strictly prohibited.
