Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young adults) really enjoyed our first RV experience. Saima and her husband made everything smooth and their RV was impeccable. We stayed at an RV resort and used our camping equipment to cook outside, so we did not use the kitchen or any of the kitchen items, but it was well-stocked with items if we had needed them. Since it is still COVID procedures, we did not get the bedding or bath towels with the rental, but I think we would prefer to bring our own anyway. We received great instruction from Saima and her husband when we picked up the RV (allow about 1.5 hours for that... I did not think about that) and there was a detailed instruction booklet that we referred to when hooking up the RV and dumping everything before we left the RV resort. We will definitely use Saima next time we plan to vacation with an RV. The only thing I was not prepared for was that the cleaning fees were not part of what I paid for up front- it is written somewhere in the listing, but when I checked out and put in my credit card, the cleaning fees were not listed there on the invoice. I wish there was a box to check or something to include those fees at the beginning so we have everything all on one invoice. Since this was our first RV trip, I did not understand how everything worked, and of course we expect to pay a cleaning fee, but I wanted it all on one invoice.

The rv and the owners were great and ready to deal with. RV was very clean and ready to operate. They were available by phone if we needed anything. The walk through was really helpful and getting everything setup was super easy. They even gave us extra coffee for the Keurig machine.
One thing to be aware of is that pick up time is 3 pm and drop off is 10 am. We weren't aware of that when booking and traveled about 4 hours away so we ended up needing to pay for an extra day to pick up in the morning and then leave our camp site at 6am to get back in time.

Wow ! If ever there was a perfect RV rental experience, then this is it !! Saima and Asim's RV is top notch. They've thought of every little detail to make your trip a memorable one.

Love the RV and great communication with Saima. Went for 3 nights to the American River and had a blast on this RV. The only challenge is the AC is not strong enough for the 100 degree heat. Would recommend get a full tank of gas and run both the car's AC and the RV's AC (2 AC systems) at the same time to cool the car. Beware both work on gas so better get full tank of gas if you plan doing that. Would rent again.

Our family of six had the most amazing time renting from Saima and enjoying her well-loved, immaculate home on wheels. We had zero issues with pick-up and return. The RV was clean, well-stocked and had everything we needed. Our kids are young and tiny, so we didn't need to pull out the couch bed or put down the table to have a bed. They were comfy splitting up between the bunk, couch, and queen bed. The queen bed is super comfy! Again, this was the vacation we never knew we needed! Oh and I should note, we were first time RVers and they took the time to explain everything to us. They were even available while we were on the road to answer some questions. I look forward to renting from them again in the very near future.

This was the first time I've rented an RV for my family and I, even though I grew up vacationing in RVs. Saima and Asim made this first experience really easy. They were very thorough and helpful. They shared some of their RVing experiences and have made us want to do this more often. The RV was brand new, very nice and clean. Our family enjoyed the whole experience. I would definitely rent this RV from Saima and Asim again.

Fabulous RV! We had a great trip thanks to this RV which was super clean, functional floor plan, stylish and everything worked as new. Saima and her husband were a pleasure communicating with and very thoughtful as they had the RV fully stocked. Amazing Trip!

It was absolutely amazing everything from the first conversation all the way to the end. The Rv is like an upscale hotel on wheels with everything you can possibly think of in to have a good time. Out of a good 50 friends all with Rv’s this one we rented was definitely the eye catcher. The husband and wife are 2 absolutely amazing thoughtful caring people whom I will definitely be renting from again in the future as well as referring to everyone I know. They made our camping trip a wonderful experience. Thank you both again so much. I’d love to add photos but unfortunately my phone was stolen on a trip I went on to Vegas after we got back from camping so I lost everything from camping. 😞
