Any deep cleaning by our crews to remove fur or other signs of pets will be charged to the renter.

We are a family located in the Nashville area. We only have rentals that we know and love because we camp in them too! We’re also a full-service shop. We charge one setup fee and it comes with a list of things (like a kitchen kit and campsite set up equipment) that many others charge extra for.

No Smoking, vaping or drug use is allowed in vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until smoke remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages.

Airport Pick up & Drop Off
We will drop the RV by the Airport (Flight Park) parking center for you to pick up.
You will call Flight Park with your ticket number and arrange a free ride from the Airport Shuttle Pick up area to the Flight Park.
There you will pick up your RV.
Your RV orientation will be virtual before you pick up the RV.
Once your rental is over you will return to the Flight Park to drop your RV off.
(Mileage for your trip will start when it leaves our lot and stop when it returns.)
You will still be responsible for fuel charges, however there is no additional fee to perform the refill of fuel or propane?

You as the renter are required to dump the gray and black tanks before returning the unit. You are also required to stop and fill the fuel tank and propane.
This add-on allows you the option to skip the dump and the refill and have us perform this service for you upon your return.
This fee is in addition to the actual Fuel Refill Cost!
