Had Le Chateau for a weekend camping trip at Lake Perris. We are a family of 6 and the kids really loved the RV as well. David was very thorough when walking us through how to use everything. One of my favorite features was the outdoor sink/fridge & TV/speakers. Will definitely rent again next year!

Super cool RV with an amazing owner. I've never used an RV before and Dave really took the time to show me every little thing about his RV so that me and the family would have the best time ever. Also, on a side note, the bed in this RV was arguably better and more comfortable than my bed at home. Will 100% bookmark this RV for future rentals.

My experience was that this is a son dad team and they are not nice people. So we are communicating with the son who has no idea what is going on with the RV and the dad who owns it. The RV is nice but honestly the experience was not. Dad seemed way kinder but was not the one you have to deal with.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I would like to clarify a few points. The original pick up time is 10 am and we accommodated them and moved it back to 12:30 and they were late for the pick-up. We went through the Outdoorsy standard contract and took them on our standard test drive and walk around, which we do the same for all of our renters, and it can last anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour. The vacuum was in the rear closet and we pointed that out to them as they dropped it off. Outdoorsy's normal return time is 10am, the same as the pickup time, but we typically move that back too noon. Here again, we accommodated them. In our communications over chat, we agree to a 2pm drop off. When they came and picked up she said that we agreed to 3pm and we were fine with that, even though it was inaccurate, and wrote on the contract 3pm. They then said they would be late several times, saying they would be 15 minutes only to further push back the time, whether in text or in Outdoorsy chat. They showed up at 4:20pm. We review the RV and they disclosed that they broke one of the keys. We informed them that we would charge them for that. In the contract it does actually state that if they are late, they can be charge a full day's rent. We informed them that we would be charging a half day's rent. They were both upset. We did charge them the half day's rent but did not charge them for the broken key. Obviously, we are not seeing eye to eye on these points and they have written their review as such, but please refer to our other reviews and make your judgements on your own. We will not be renting to them again.

The RV is very well maintained by the owner and he takes the time to walk you through every aspect of the RV before you leave. He takes the time to explain how everything works and what to expect when using it. The RV is perfect for small families or even just the two of you for a getaway. Has 3 flat screen smart tvs but I'm old fashioned i just used the main unit. A bit tight in the bathroom but hopefully your not spending more then a minute in it. Otherwise you have room to stretch out and relax after a day of entertainment with loved ones.

Our trip came with its fair share of issues (none at the fault of the RV owner, just a serious case of bad luck), but the owner was easy to communicate with and always made sure that everything was taken care of. The RV was exactly as advertised, and it worked just right for our trip.

We were able to easily communicate the day of our trip, before that we didn’t hear from them. Pickup location was safe and Dave was pleasant to talk with. The walk through was thorough including a test drive. The body and mechanics were 2017 the technology was 2009 no Bluetooth in main cabin only the back bedroom and outdoor speakers connect. The USB and Bluetooth on the dashboard Do Not Work. Upon first entering the RV I noticed the filth everywhere not one thing felt safe to touch it was extremely disorganized (except the amazingly organized dvd collection) luckily we picked up the RV an entire day before we needed it and live close by, I spent hours detailing everything just so we felt comfortable to put our things in and enjoy our trip. We had a smooth ride (besides the lack of streaming ability for our road trip playlist) the kids enjoyed the tv and the adults enjoyed the beds while we drove. The extensions were invaluable they gave us so much room to be together while at our camp site. The water pressure was great until we plugged in then we lost pressure and heat once the tank emptied only to be returned once back on the road. All in all we are very happy with our experience and we left the RV in immaculate condition for the next guest who I expect will not complain about cleanliness.

We had such an amazing family trip in this RV! It was practically brand new and super clean inside/outside. It is stocked with a few supplies and a bunch of great movies. Dave is the nicest guy. He was always happy to answer all of our questions. We would definitely rent from him again!

Prior RV owner, first time renter, couldn't be happier with the experience. Communications were excellent throughout the evolution from initial questions till the return. The RV was clean and in great mechanical condition no issues. It was just a 3 night getaway to Joshua Tree. I'd rent from them again. Great owners.

We can't rate this RV or the owner high enough. We flew from our home in Atlanta to LAX and spent 8 days in various campgrounds along the coast with my wife and 4 daughters and made amazing memories. The RV is basically new and has all the conveniences. At 29' it was surprisingly maneuverable and nice to drive. The owner is a great communicator and went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate us. It was worth every penny. Go for it.

This is a brand new RV. Super clean and all the amenities! Refrigerator, sink, shower and television all available on the outside. The automatic leveling system made setup a breeze. The owner was available to answer all our questions. We will rent this unit again!
