Left side includes overhead bunk with storage underneath and another smart tv just for the kids. Plenty of floorspace gives them their space to stretch out and play and room for a pack and play.The outdoor kitchen including ice maker, counter space, storage and refrigerator makes outdoor dining a breeze. Smart tv to use while outdoors or turn up the radio and enjoy the outdoor speakers.Pack your bags and get ready to enjoy the great outdoors. You show up and leave the rest to us.*** When selecting insurance type, please select this camper is stationary. You will not be permitted to tow it. *** What's includedLinens are provided for all beds including pillows. Bath towels, wash cloths and kitchen towels are provided. There are outdoor rugs, camp chairs and more. Bathroom includes a spacious shower and storage for all of your personal items. We've even included an outdoor drying rack to take care of those wet towels and clothing from splashing around in the ocean or pool. We provide toilet paper specifically made for RV's as any other paper can damage the holding tanks. Please do not throw any feminine products, paper towels, flushable baby wipes or any other products in the toilet. Delivery within 25 miles is included with the rental. Delivery exceeding 25 miles incurs an additional fee of 3.50 per mile that will be calculated upon approval. Awning is not available for use - any tampering with the awning will result in losing your entire deposit as well as any costs to repair. We have provided a 10 x 10 pop up canopy to be used in its place. However, if camper is not occupied, high winds, or storms develop - it must be collapsed. Renter takes responsibility for replacement if used and any damage caused by the canopy. Canopy is NOT to be secured to the camper - there are stakes provided to secure in the ground.
RecommendationsRenters are responsible for reserving / paying for campsite. This is a 34 ft camper with two slides and a canopy, you need a minimum of 36 foot campsite. NOTE: We are NOT responsible if the camper does NOT fit on the site and will NOT attempt to put it on a smaller site.**50-amp service preferred but will work with 30 amp.
**Check-in is based on the campground and check-out is 9:00 a.m.
**If there is no septic hookup - an additional $75 fee will be added

5This was our first time renting an RV and I am 100% going to do it again, especially if I get to rent from Chris & Rhonda through Outdoorsy! They were amazing and made the process so smooth! When I arrived at my site, everything was set up and ready to go! Chris met me and explained everything I needed to know and answered any questions. I had one minor question after he left and me messaged me back right away with an answer. He even checked in mid-trip to make sure things were going well! There is not one single thing I could say that would have made this any better of a stay. Everything in the camper was as described. Although you cannot use the awning, they provided a 10x10 tent which came in handy!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
