Get ready for a whole lot of memories being made when you have this trailer at the campgrounds! From the kids telling stories at night while they sleep on the 4 bunks in the rear bunkhouse with door to you relaxing on the jack-knife sofa and U-shaped dinette. Both furnishings offer more sleeping space when the whole family joins you. And the slide out gives you more floor space! The full bathroom has an interior and exterior entry for convenience, and the inside kitchen offers full amenities while the outside kitchen gives you more choices when cooking for everyone. You will also appreciate privacy in the front bedroom with dual access, two wardrobes and windows for views of the sceneryWhat's includedKitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, silverware, children's plates, cups, and silverware, keurig (including coffee), and a toaster. Linens are provided for all beds. Bath towels, kitchen towels are provided. There are outdoor rugs, camp chairs and more. Bathroom includes a spacious shower and storage for all of your personal items. We provide toilet paper specifically made for RV's as any other paper can damage the holding tanks. Please do not throw any feminine products, paper towels, baby wipes or any other products in the toilet. Delivery within 25 miles is included with the rental. Delivery exceeding 25 miles incurs an additional fee of $4.50 per mile that will be calculated upon approval. Awning is not available for use - any tampering with the awning will result in losing your entire deposit as well as any costs to repair. We have provided a 10 x 10 pop up canopy to be used in its place. However, if camper is not occupied, high winds, or storms develop - it must be collapsed. Renter takes responsibility for replacement if used and any damage caused by the canopy. Canopy is NOT to be secured to the camper - there are stakes provided to secure in the ground.RecommendationsRenters are responsible for reserving / paying for campsite. This is a 37ft camper with 2 slides , you need a minimum of 38 foot campsite. NOTE: We are NOT responsible if the camper does NOT fit on the site and will NOT attempt to put it on a smaller site.**50-amp service preferred but will work with 30 amp.
