We offer all the amenities including linens, cookware, utensils and a K-cup coffee maker with coffee, creamer and sugar to make your mornings a little more convenient. There is even a folding grille table with a gas grille and 6 camping chairs to complete your campsite setup.You can tow this unit yourself with almost any standard pickup truck, or we can deliver and set it up for you depending on our availability. Either way, all you need to bring are your clothes, food and the kids.For the benefit of those who will rent the unit after you there is a strict NO Smoking and NO Pets policy.What's includedWe iclude all you will need except food and clothes. Enjoy complimentary morning coffee; fresh linens; a completely outfitted kitchen including plates and cups; napkins; paper towels and emergency flashlights in case of a power failure. There is even a fireplace to take the chill out of a rainy evening.RecommendationsSit back, relax and let us worry about all the mundane details while you simply enjoy your stay in our coach.Other things to noteNo smoking or pets as future renters may be offended by stale smoke or may be allergic to pet dander.There is a $75.00 charge if the renter does not empty the black and grey tanks prior to returning the unit. This fee is not charged on bookings that include delivery.

Great camper in perfect condition. Bob was very responsive and helpful. Lots of nice extra touches like linens, towels and a fully stocked Keurig as well as a grill and six chairs for the fire.
