Standard refrigerator, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave double farmhouse sink, 4 seat dining booth with large size picture window for the view.
The shower/bath has an extra high ceiling skylight so you won't have to slouch.
Stay comfortable in this vented heating & AC throughout the trailer.
Enjoy AmFm blue tooth radio with speakers inside and outside. Smart HD Roku TV/DVD. LED lighted automatic awning to brighten your outdoor nights.
This rig has 2 -7 gal. propane tanks, 2- 12 volt deep cycle batteries. Electric trailer hitch and sway bars.
This trailer weighs 4,900 lbs. and approximately 800 lbs. more when fully loaded with water and gear included.
We ask that you return this trailer clean and in the condition that you rented it in. If the trailer is returned and not cleaned, we will charge you a cleaning fee.
There is absolutely NO smoking or pet allowed in this trailer. If we detect any smoke or pet odor we will charge you the market rates for deodorization and cleaning.
For any damaged or missing items we will charge you at the replacement value.

We require a $500 deposit that is refundable after we inspect the trailer after you return it.
You must empty black & grey tanks before you return the RV or there will be a $35. dump fee.
If you bring pets there will a $50. fee for each pet.
Absolutely no cats, If you do bring a cat the fine will be $1000.

My family enjoyed the entire experience especially our autistic daughter. The air-conditioning unit saved our weather discomfort. The RV was spacious and very comfortable. We will definitely do this again.
