Recommendations

Please bring your own food, toothpaste, etc just as you would when travelling. You may unload your belongings upon pick up at our location and store your luggage with us.
There are so many beautiful campgrounds in Vancouver Island. All within 20 minutes - an hour away from the city. Check ahead and book ahead especially as spring and summer approaches.
Check out Campendium.com and Boondockerswelcome.com for locations.
We didn’t get a chance to take it out as much since this year we had a baby and just built a house and moved in!

Other things to note

1. Absolutely no smoking inside the camper.
2. No shoes on carpet, couch, beds. Leave shoes in shoe area please.
3. Fuel should be the same upon returned as when picked up.
4. Dry toilet waste should be disposed prior to return. The urine goes to grey water tank which should be empty upon return.

Hi, I am new to the rv camping world. I have converted this shuttle bus into a camper to be used for short and long trips with the family. We have two boys and we live in the North Shore of Vancouver. It’s a beautiful place in a beautiful province, so much to explore right at our fingertips. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

We had a great trip in the bus! The bed was super comfy memory foam, the bus drove well, and Shell made sure we had everything we needed. She was very communicative throughout the trip as needed and made sure to answer any of our questions promptly.

It was our first time renting an RV and we did so because we wanted our family to experience what it's like to live on the road! We literally didn't know what to expect renting on Outdoorsy so we gave it a try and found Shelly's BEAUTIFUL van! It was literally our dream build which has everything we wanted and more. The propane heating was seriously a major plus to the whole experience. Shelly was very kind and walked us through the entire van to show us the ins and outs. Everything was very straightforward and we even had a manual book in case we forgot anything. Only good words for Shelly and her van! We would honestly recommend and would rent from her again 😊🙏🏼 Thanks Shelly!!

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Our bus drives like a truck not so much an RV. No complicated buttons, just turn the ignition and drive. But drive slow around corners, wider right turns. Easy on the gas pedal going uphill. And parking should be easy with the back up camera.
