Frequently asked questions
Q.
Entertainment & Comfort Tips
A.
Entertainment & Comfort • Fireplace works on electric only; it can provide heat or just ambiance. • Bunk DVD players have their own remotes – keep them in the bunks. • Bluetooth stereo – pair your device by selecting “Kicker” on your phone. Select "AUX" for the Roku TV sound. • Outdoor TV works best when shaded; don’t leave it exposed to rain. WiFi — see Verizon MiFi device for password
Q.
What kind of campsite hookups do I need?
A.
Full Hookups (Recommended) – 50-Amp (required), water, and sewer. This gives you unlimited power, running water, and the ability to use all RV amenities without worrying about tank capacity. Water & Electric– Includes electricity and fresh water, but no sewer connection. This works for shorter stays, but your waste tanks will have limited capacity. Electric Only – Provides electricity only. You'll rely on the RV's onboard fresh water and holding tanks, making this best for brief stays.
Q.
How do the water and sewage hookups work for setting up at a campground?
A.
We will have this all set up for you. Please use only the provided toilet paper and do not flush any other items down the toilet. If you have questions or issues, please message us first. Do not try to troubleshoot the panel and hookups yourself.
Q.
Kitchen & Appliance Tips
A.
Kitchen & Appliances • Stove runs on propane – make sure the propane tank is open. • Fridge can run on propane or electric; check mode. • Microwave requires generator or shore power. • Double sink drains into grey tank – monitor tank levels.
