It's bigger than many NYC apartments. We have updated the bed to a regular size queen bed for taller folks like us. The fireplace is great at keeping the unit heated so you don't use the propane. Water heater is quick and HOT! The couch folds out to a bed for two small adults and the dining table converts for two small children (or really small adults).
