3.5My trailer was not leveled when I arrived. It was 2.0 degrees listing to the port side and 1 degree nose down. This resulted in bottles, cans and fruits rolling off the counter and me sliding side wise in bed. I had my tools with me and used a pair of channel lock pliers to level the trailer as best I could. The ongoing issue at Oshkosh is that the ground is soft and the leveling jacks sink into the dirt. Kunes used a 2x10 as a pad but it was too small for the size of this trailer. My other issue is not Kunes fault. While the Jayco trailer I rented was new and still had the factory tags on it and was very clean, the hot water heater is a tankless unit. It is propane fired and only turns on the propane when there is water flowing in the hot water system. Jayco's water flow sensor is set too high and you need to be running lots of water to get hot water. This was very noticeable on the hot July week when I only needed a little hot water in the shower. The two handle shower faucet made tempering the water very difficult. As I said, it wasn't Kune's fault but I have to warn against renting the lower line of Jayco trailers in hot weather.
