3.0Overall, the trip was okay, but the experience with the RV owner was disappointing. Communication stopped the day before our trip, and the RV arrived nearly 3 hours later than the scheduled delivery time. During that time, I left multiple voicemails and messages but received no response. The RV also had a strong odor coming from the restroom. Because I couldn’t get in touch with the owner, I spent a significant amount of time on the phone with Outdoorsy trying to come up with a backup plan in case the RV never arrived. The owner eventually answered, but by then we were already concerned that we might need to book a hotel or find another RV at the last minute. Traveling from out of town, this created unnecessary stress and uncertainty. Unfortunately, from my perspective, it was not a great experience.
