Other things to note1. Please absolutely no smoking inside the RV. $250 cleaning fee will be applied for any evidence of smoking inside the RV.
2. Towing can be discussed but is not guaranteed.
3. Pick up and drop off times are flexible.
4. No climbing to or being on the roof in any way.
5. You will leave with a full tank of gas, and we will expect it to be returned with a full tank of gas. Renters will be charged $4/gallon for unfilled fuel tanks.
6. You will leave with clean/empty black and gray tanks. So, it needs to come back with clean/empty black and gray tanks. $75 dumping fee will incur if not.
7. Renters are responsible for all tickets and tolls. An EZ Pass transponder is provided. It may take a couple of days after the trip ends to process tolls.
8. $250/day late return fee
9. Please return it back to us in the same condition it left us.Additional notes for campers:
Most camp sites provide electric, water and sewage hook-ups. However, if for your trip, you do not have any one of these hook-ups there are special considerations you must keep in mind. If you do not have sewage hook-up, you will be using the trailer's waste tanks, only. This means you will want to be conservative with your water usage as to not fill up the waste tanks before the end of your trip. If you do not have power hook-up, you'll use the onboard generator for full power utilization in the coach. If you do not have water hook up, you will be dependent on the water available in the RV's fresh water tank and any additional jugs of water you supply.
