Smooth Sailing RV - Jayco Greyhawk 31FS

We loved the RV experience for our family of 4; lots of space. It was our first time doing an Rv trip so their was a bit of "walking into the unknown" as thier are some new things to learn. The experience was made much easier because Taylor was always a call away and if he didnt pick up he would be calling me back within 10 mins. His understanding of the RV is excellent and was able to explain things over the phone. The RV itself had a great layout. My one son loved sitting in the bottom bunk bed and doing different crafts. It was one of the highlights for me because my son has a difficult time adjusting and finding things to do. After the RV trip he conitiunes to talk about going again. We had minor issues througout the trip, leaky water tank (d/t loose fitting), broken key (wrong use of key on my part), RV starting (using auxilary start solved the issue), one night the truck battery failed and wouldnt start the RV (this was related to the previous night not having a camping site with hydro). Due to the one night the RV not starting Taylor provided us a free extra night. Also, I will mention the issue occured late at night and taylor picked up the phone and was doing everything he could on his end to speed the process up. The trip itself was amazing despite the minor malfunctions which all of them were resolved. Outdoorsy roadside assistance wasn't the greatest as they took a longer time then I am used to with CAA, but I will giove them a break as it was 1am. I would reccomending using the CAA RV assistance (maybe even cheaper). All in all, we would do it again with Taylor.

Taylor was a fantastic host. We could not have been more pleased with our experience. The RV was in excellent condition and was very clean. Taylor was extremely helpful in making sure we understood the vehicle before our trip and was always available to answer any questions we had along the way. Our experience with Taylor and this RV made our dream vacation a reality. I highly recommend Taylor. He is a true professional and a wonderful person. Thank you for such a fantastic experience.

From the very beginning to the moment of returning the RV, Taylor was phenomenal!!! Super responsive and extremely helpful - even while we were on our vacation! The RV was perfect for our family and pup!!! Would recomment in a heartbeat!
