We had an amazing trip and weren’t going to let the standards of the RV get in the way of the great memories that we made. The RV was not clean, crumbs all over the place, we had to replace the bedding with personal bedding as there were stains and a smell from them, fridge was not clean so we kept all items in plastic bags, storage compartments for luggage and extra gear could not be used because they were wet and moldy and smelled like dead fish, the grill was nasty and not usable, and the water that was supposedly filled “2 days” before the trip had a stagnant smell and brown color to it. Also the AC in the main cab area basically was just a fan and did not keep the area cool at all. The washer fluid container under the hood was completely shattered. This is an experience rating of the RV not a personality rating as the gentleman that we had contact with was very nice, we lost a little bit of time from our first day because he went above and beyond to get the entry stairs fixed, communication could have been a little better at the beginning. To Outdoorsy: the app is a great idea, but when a person has a trip planned and paid for prior to looking at an RV, there should be room for the “owner” for refund options, they said that there would be no refund of any type because Outdoorsy deals with all of the financials. Basically had to accept the conditions of the vehicle as our trip was already planned for the size of our group and would have been impossible to find other options within that short amount of time. I do have separate pictures of all of the cleanliness issues but will not post them as trip pictures.

The RV was an absolute pleasure to drive, very comfortable. Thank you so much.

My husband and I along with another couple set out on a cross country trip to Yellowstone, Blackhills, Badlands and Tetons. The RV was great. Heidi was great with communication whenever we reached out to her. The generator was a huge plus. Great hosts. Would recommend to anyone thinking about a trip like this.

RV was exactly as described. Everything went very smoothly with the rental. Heidi and Fahid are great. This was our first time renting and it couldn't have went any better. Would recommend it to everyone.
