What better way to travel than with taking the comforts of home with you! This Pioneer is a Brand NEW 2024 model. It is fully loaded with a comfy walk around queen sized bed in the master suite, full sized bunks, and extra sleeping at the convertible dining and living room lounging area. It also has 2 smart TV's (main area & bedroom), nice size fridge, large pantry, and stove w/ oven Plus microwave for your movie night popcorn popping needs. There is a separate entry straight into the bathroom in case you get a little dirty while adventuring and need a quick shower without needing to bring any of the outdoors into the main living and sleeping area. The slide-out makes it super roomy and there is lots of storage as well! The large awning is great to sit under during a sunny day, or even on a rainy day. What's included4 camping chairs, pots and pans, coffee pot, serving and cooking utensils, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, all cords and hoses to connect to campsite amenities,Other things to note- No smoking
- Pet's welcome with additional cleaning fee
- If you book a delivery fee, it is approx. $2.25 per mile with the camper, then $1.25 per mile without.
- We think linen and comforters are very personal and is why we don't provide them but if you would like, we can provide a fresh set for the bunks and queen bed for a small fee upon request.

We are a family of 7 that enjoy finding ways to spend time together. The age group of our kids range from 25yrs old (married), all the way down from 19yr, 17yr, 5yr, and 3yr old. We have found that camping is something that we can all do together where there is always something for all of our kids (and our) age group to enjoy. We started with tent camping when we would go White Water Rafting way back about 15-20yrs ago. Then, we found our way to RVs and it's been RV Glamping ever since! We plan between 3-4 camping trips every year. We enjoy Yogi Bear (Luray VA & Quarryville PA), Holiday Travel-L (VA Beach), Frontier (OC MD), and Christopher Run (Lake Anna, VA) campgrounds the most. We have also visited campgrounds in South Jersey, Disney, and Myrtle Beach. We also love traveling with our fur babies, a teen Pit and Pomeranian. We hope that you enjoy camping and the great outdoors as much as we do, and that you make a bunch of great memories, have lots of fun, and get everything you want out of the experience :).

This was the best rental experience I had. I coordinated a pickup time with James. Once I arrived, he gave us walk-thru of the camper, then helped us hitch-up and we were on our way. The camper was in mint condition and described to tee in the listing. Drop-off was just as easy as the pickup. This was totally worth it and we will definitely rent from James again on future camping trips.

James made everything about this experience exceptional. The RV was in pristine condition and was provisioned well. Communication was on point. James took the time to answer my questions quickly. Set up and delivery made renting this RV a breeze. I would definitely rent from James again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
