Other things to noteDELIVERY ONLYWe are only accepting stationary delivery requests at this time. Make sure that you select Delivery on checkout and be sure to check the box that the camper will be stationary to get the lowest price for insurance required by outdoorsy.It is expected that you will clean the camper. This includes wiping down all surfaces used with cleaner provided, returning all dishes and equipment clean, sweeping.There’s a prep fee of $50. This ensures the camper has clean linens and restocked items prior to your stay along with being properly sanitized.Damage or stolen items, minimum charge is $500. We will document before and after photos and obtain pricing for repair or needed replacement items before releasing any remaining security deposit. Replacement items are not including general provided usage items such as, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee supplies, cleaner, paper plates, and plastic utensils.No Drugs or Smoking. Minimum charge $500. You will be reported to police for any drug use.Book sufficient time with campsite when taking delivery. Drop off of camper will be late evening. We request pick ups to be scheduled at least one hour prior to the campgrounds required departure time to ensure we can have the camper broken down in plenty of time to not interfere with the campground rules.No walking on roof.Damage to the awning costs over $2,000 to repair. If you deploy the awning in windy or rainy conditions, you are responsible for damage.Dumping the tanks: This camper has a 39 gallon black tank. Divide 25 by the number of people to determine approximately how many days until you will need to dump tanks. If your stay is longer, you may need to request me to dump the tanks in the middle of your trip. If your campsite has dumping facilities, we can go over the dumping process with you prior to your stay if you feel confident in doing so yourself. Otherwise, you can ask me to dump during your booking for $100. The charge will be higher if I have to remove the camper to dump it. Please only use toilet paper provided to ensure proper break down in the tanks.Each bunk is maxed out at 300 pounds so please keep that in mind when planning your stay.Once booked, please provide any necessary information given by the campground you have booked. This includes: campground name or specific address, campsite number, gate codes, reservation name, reservation number, any closures on the property (dump station), etc,. Please note that we will not book your campsite for you. This is something typically done prior to booking your camper through outdoorsy.If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to message me prior to booking or during your stay.
