Our camper has everything needed for a fun week of camping in both chilly or warm weather. The fire place and tvs make it perfect for spring and fall camping, while the outdoor fridge, grill, outdoor shower, and awning make it perfect for a summertime vacation.
You can comfortably sleep two people in the main bedroom, two on the fold out sofa in the living area, one on the fold out sofa in the second bedroom (bunk house), and one on the bunk in the second bedroom. There is also a loft that could potentially sleep two people, but it is difficult for most people to get to.
We are available to deliver to a campsite within 50 miles of Rochester.
What's included
Camper comes fully furnished. The kitchen includes oven, stovetop, microwave, flatware, dishes, pots and pans, necessary cooking utensils, and coffee maker.
Sleeping areas include bedding and pillows.
The exterior includes an outdoor grill and mini-fridge.
Three adult camping chairs also included, as well as board and card games.
Other things to note
Pets are welcome regardless of size, but we ask that they are potty trained and not notorious chewers. :) Also, we ask that guests do not smoke in or near the camper.

Jaime was great at both drop off and pick up. Judy was very communicative throughout. My son and the rest of the family had a great time. Overall, fantastic. We already plan on renting next year
