This 2020 Forest River Double Bunk Bed trailer is perfect for families. All the beds have upgraded memory foam mattresses. It has a wraparound dinner table that easily sits a family of 6. The leather couch folds out to be a bed. It comes with an electric fireplace (our favorite feature) that warms the trailer without using propane. The fridge is larger than most trailers this size. Other awesome features are a huge pantry, ice maker, outdoor kitchen with mini fridge, direct door to the bathroom, TV that can be watch indoors or out, bluetooth stereo with outdoor speakers and indoor speakers, and plenty of storage. What's includedWhats included:
The kitchen is filled with cooking items, including pots and pans, untesils, aluminum foil, Saran Wrap, Tupperware, dish towels, paper plates and some spices, Keurig coffee maker, blender, 4 folding chairs, toilet paper, a large entry mat, two folding end tables are also included.
What to bring:
Linens for the beds. The master bed is queen size and the bunks are full sized. For the bunks, sleeping bags would be the easiest. they are wider than normal bunks, so two small kids could easily sleep in one bunk bed.
Bath Towels
Other things to notePlease check out my add-ons. I have generators, smokers, and paddle boards available for rent.

Meet your host, Paul

Member since 2017

My name is Paul and my wife is Candice. We have two teenage daughters. The four of us love outdoor adventures. We used to rent trailers and RVs, until a few years back, we bought our first travel trailer. It has been a blast owning it. At first we did not want to share it, but now we have decided to rent it out to others, so it can be enjoyed by others.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
If possible, I am flexible about pick up and drop off times. Renters can contact me and work out pick up and drop off times.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Electric: There is a yellow bag, labeled "Electrical" it contains a 30amp hookup cord and surge protector. Always use the surge protector. It is in the driver side rear storage. Fresh Water: The freshwater hose is in the driver’s side front storage. It is in a blue bag, Labeled "Freshwater". Only use this hose for filling the freshwater tank and freshwater hookup. Sewage: All the black water gear is in the driver’s side rear storage. Wear the provided gloves when handling.

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Toilet and Black Water Tank: Before using the toilet, renters should hold down the flush lever and fill the tank with a few gallons of water. This will prevent an island of gross forming in the tank and will help everything breakdown. It is also good to drop in one of the little blue pods, located with the black tank stuff. These will help break things down and reduce any smells. After emptying the black tank, add a gallon or two of fresh water back into it. Also, drop in another blue pod.

Q.How do you operate the slide out?
A.
The button for the slide is located on the kitchen cabinet, by the front door. Make sure everything is clear around the slide before opening and closing. Make sure the slide will not hit anything outside, like a tree or utilities. Make sure the bunk ladder is clear and put up, before bringing in the slide.
