Small dogs preferred. Owner delivery and set up only to within a 65 mile range of Little Rock, AR. What's includedFresh linens for all beds will be provided, as well as 6 towels/wash cloths and 2 rolls of bathroom tissue. Kitchen stocked with cook ware, utensils and linenes. 4 chairs provided. Dog/toddler fence, picnic table cover and outdoor rug available on request. For special occasions champagne and roses can be requested for an additional fee of $40.RecommendationsEndless hot water, however the bathroom grey tank will need to be emptied after 2 long showers. Black tank will go a week with just 2 people, 3-4 days with multiple.

ABSOLUTLY NO SMOKING or CATS!!!! This is due to owner allergies.

5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an incredible experience renting an RV through Outdoorsy! The RV we received was absolutely perfect for our needs. It came equipped with a filtered water dispenser in the refrigerator, which was a nice touch and made staying hydrated so easy. The air conditioning worked like a charm, keeping us cool during our adventures. One of the highlights was the shower—there was never a moment where the water was cold, making for refreshing and comfortable rinses after a long day outdoors. The RV had ample space for four people to sleep comfortably, with cozy recliners that provided a great spot to relax after a busy day. Cheryl, our host, was incredibly accessible throughout the entire trip. She answered all our questions promptly and made the rental process smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated her attentiveness. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely rent from Cheryl again. Highly recommend this RV for anyone looking to explore the outdoors in comfort!
