Brand new 2020 Jayco 224BH Bunk House travel camping trailer - towable with half ton and other mid size trucks, some SUVs! Sleeps Seven adults perfect for families; with offroad tires, winter insulation, heating, air-conditioning, indoor and outdoor kitchens and showers, extra large fresh water tank (302 litres!) and solar power as well as extra large fresh water tanks means you can be off the grid in a remote campground for days with light, heat and cooking.What's includedBasic cutlery and dishes included.

Toilet paper included (special RV toilet paper only - any other will clog/damage the tank)
Cleaning supplies to clean at the end of your rental or during your stay.RecommendationsNeeds a 30 foot spot
This trailer can easily do 3-4 days off the grid without hook ups and you will have water and gas for heating and cooking as well as lights. Other things to note- Absolutely no pets and no smoking.
- Must have experience towing trailers.
- Must have a vehicle and tow receiver setup capable at *at least 6000lb rating (the trailer is approx 4950lb dry before propane, water, batteries and any cargo you have)
- Propane must be refilled to full upon return or we can do it for you for an additional fee.
- All tanks (fresh, grey and black [ sewage ] must be emptied and rinsed before you bring it back or we will charge an additional fee.
-Trailer must be returned completely clean inside - please treat it like your own - it is brand new and spotless! Returns that are not returned in clean condition will be charged cleaning fees.
- Full walk through inspection inside and out on pick up and return.
- Weight distribution hitch included! We will help you set it up with your vehicle when you pick up the trailer.If you don't want to or cannot tow the trailer yourself, we can deliver it to your campsite for an additional charge (noted in the fees).
