5.0We have never done anything like this before (first time), and we are not natural campers. Ritchie was a godsend! He met us at the gate of the park, drove the trailer in and positioned it for us. Then he set it all up and spent 20 minutes with us to go over all the features and show us how it all worked. He was definitely invested in seeing us have a great time in his trailer. The trailer itself was immaculate and in great order. it was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, clean, relax and enjoy the days. When the rental days were finished, he showed back up at the exact time that we agreed on and took it all down again for travel. I can't understate what a professional experience this was. The Trailer itself is super clean and extremely comfortable. Ritchie himself seems to be a very stand-up guy! He was patient, He was amicable, he was prompt and a heck of a nice guy!
