It features one large slide out, two bathrooms, bunk beds, 27" TV with DVD player, outdoor kitchen with sink, refrigerator, and 22" griddle, and 20' awning with mounted speakers. The refrigerator runs on either electric or off the 33 lb (7 gal) propane tanks mounted on the front. The oven, stove, and heat also use the propane. A/C blows cold which is great in the summer time. What's includedGriddle kit, camping chairs, linens, pots, pans, cooking utensils, cups, plates, and cutlery. Included is the weight distribution anti sway hitch with 2 5/8" ball, leveling kit with bluetooth leveling app, stabilizer platforms, and all equipment necessary for water, sewer and electric RV park connections.Other things to noteThis is a larger RV so at least 3/4 ton vehicle is required and trailer brakes are highly recommended.Additionally we ask that you treat this RV as good or better than you would treat your own. We want to make sure it will be available for use to share with everyone for as long as we can!
