Travel trailer sleeps 5-7 people. Sleeping arrangements include a brand new memory foam queen size mattress in the primary bedroom with dual entry sliding doors for privacy, a U-shaped dinette that converts to a bed, and 2 oversized bunk beds.
Starting with the main bedroom, there are 2 closets on each side of the bed as well as under bed storage. USB charging ports are located on each side of the bed. Oversized bunk beds come with extra foam padding for comfort and have an USB port for each level. The main living area has a large U-shaped dinette for everyone to enjoy eating or playing games. There is also an electric fireplace that can be set for ambience or heat and an AM/FM/Bluetooth/ Hdmi Stereo with inside and outside speakers. The kitchen includes a large sink, 3 burner stove, 2 rack oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. Kitchen comes fully stocked with cookware, utensils, plates, cups, silverware and mini Keurig Coffeemaker.
Enjoy cooking outdoors with an outdoor grill and mini-fridge under the 17' power awning and outdoor LED lights.
Our trailer allows for full water/sewer hookups. There are 2 - 5 gallon propane tanks for heat, stove, oven, and fridge. A/C and heat. 5Normally when i rent a trailer, i expect to be getting just that, a shell for a place to sleep in. Janessa’s trailer had just enough touch ups to make it feel homely, which made it even more inviting. My family loved it. Everything we agreed to, she followed up on. I would definitely rent from her again. Easy and prompt communication…and delivery with a smile!

5This is my first experience using the Outdoorsy app. I had a previous confirmed booking with a different host and he canceled on me at the last minute. I scrambled to find another host and I’ve came across Janessa. She had an instant booking option and so I jumped on it. She right away communicated with me and that helped a lot! Janessa really saved my weekend and I appreciated that. Her and her husband and tiny helper son came out and delivered the RV. They set everything up really fast and then gave us the walk around. Their RV was perfect for us. It was very clean and it had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend. Bedding, towels, utensils, coffee, machine, TV, and Bluetooth hook ups for music. I can totally recommend Janessa and her RV.
