Strict Policies • No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the travel trailer or under the awning. Violations will result in a complete forfeiture of the security deposit for deep-cleaning fees. • No Awning Use in High Winds: The power awning must be retracted during heavy rain, when winds exceed 10-15 mph, or whenever you leave the campsite unattended. Wind damage to awnings is expensive and entirely preventable. • No Roof Access: For your safety and to prevent damage to the rubber roofing sealants, guests are strictly prohibited from climbing the rear ladder or walking on the trailer roof. Interior & Comfort Rules • Toilet Care (RV Safe Only): Only use the provided RV-safe toilet paper. Absolutely no feminine products, paper towels, wet wipes (even "flushable" ones), or food scraps should ever be flushed down the toilet or sink! • Slide-Out & Murphy Bed Clearance: Before extending or retracting the dinette slide-out or lowering the Queen Murphy bed, double-check that the floor and pathways are completely clear of bags, shoes, and obstacles to prevent tracking or motor damage. • AC & Power Management: To keep the air conditioner running efficiently, keep all windows and doors closed while it is running. If connected to a standard 30-amp campground hookup, avoid running high-draw appliances (like the microwave or a hair dryer) at the exact same time as the AC to prevent tripping the breaker. Outdoor & Campsite Etiquette • Secure Items Before Moving: If you are moving campsites, ensure the outdoor kitchen refrigerator is locked, the griddle is cool and stored, and all under-carriage storage compartments are securely latched and locked. Departure & Check-Out Expectations • Tanks: Unless you have selected a tank-dumping add-on service, the black and grey water tanks must be completely emptied using the provided hoses before returning the trailer. • Broom Clean: please sweep any dirt and pet hair prior to check out.
