"Mini-Me" is an Explorer 4 model created by Muse & Co. Outdoors, a premier van builder in Oakland, CA. This brand new Mercedes Sprinter has a 144” wheelbase (the shorter cousin of the 170" wheelbase Amazon vans.)Amenities include 3 separate beds for up to four people (see breakdown below), full kitchen featuring a dining area, sink, fridge/freezer, induction stove, and fully-stocked pantry - all you need to bring is your food. Enjoy a HOT propane-fueled outdoor shower as an add-on. Suspension/wheels/tires upgraded for the smoothest ride. Keep comfortable year round with AC, Insulated window covers, 10’ retractable awning, roof ventilation, a thermostat-controlled heater, and more. Built-in cabinets provide ample storage for your clothes, games and provisions. The front seats swivel so four people can cozy up around the table. Power up devices with multiple power outlets and integrated USB charging. Enjoy dimmable recessed lighting and two bedside lamps. The rear garage features an air compressor (Presta valve), two fold-down tables, and tons of storage space. 2- or 4-bike racks are available as an add-on. Host Karyn was so very patient and helpful. Written instructions were clear and consice. When I had a question or two while on the road , Karyn was quick to respond and resolved my issues. I could not have asked for a better experience! The Rv provided for all my needs and ran well without any issues, mechanical or otherwise. I am so very grateful for the large part this RV played in my adventure (4+ weeks).

Easy rental experience and the van set up was great for a couple nights away, all we had to bring was clothes and food. For anyone tall, you’ll sleep a little diagonal on the bed but this is true for any van that doesn’t have the pop outs on the sides. Overall would definitely recommend! Great experience!

This was my family’s first experience, renting a van or camper on outdoorsy and we had a great time Karyn was very quick to respond to all of our questions and her husband gave a very detailed walk-through of the van and all of its systems before our trip. We were very comfortable, found everything we needed, and had a great time. We will definitely rent from them again.

Muse & Co. Outdoors was started in March, 2020 when our 16-year old architectural design and build company was shut down overnight by Covid-19. We knew we had to keep our incredible team of designers and craftspeople employed, or risk losing them. So we hunkered down to remotely design and build our prototype Sprinter van conversion using our print department's delivery van. Fast forward three months, and my husband and I took off for a month's trip up the West Coast. Everywhere we went someone wanted to buy our van - or one just like it, and voila, our new business was born! We offer two van conversion configurations: a two-passenger and a five-passenger, both build on the proven Mercedes Benz Sprinter platform. Our team of designers and craftspeople, the talent behind breathtaking immersive spaces at Google, Facebook and beyond, are bring intuitive design and flawless functionality to the Sprinter van experience. All of our vans are built using sustainable and healthy materials that are better for the environment and good for you, because that's the right thing to do. We’ve spent countless hours considering the materials, components, and layouts of our models. The result? A high-quality camper van that functions flawlessly and feels like home—all you have to decide is where you’ll take it. Muse & Co. was founded in 2005 in Oakland, CA. Our eclectic team of designers, artists, shop specialists, and others come from varied educational and professional backgrounds—with roots in everything from custom home building to film set design.
