Take it to the lake or across the country. Self contained unit includes Generator. If you are booking a camp site, you will need a 30amp power source.Furnished with toilet paper, soaps, utensils, plates, cups, coffee cups, coffee pot ( keurig) , outside grill, outside stove, Lantern, TV, DVD player, outside table, hammock, leveling blocks, mattress covers, games, dvds, 6x camping Chairs, and a welcome basket for your special trip.Additional Accessories also available upon request: rates in add ons. bike rack, cargo rack, firewood, Can Jam, and corn hole boards.
Delivery, set up, tear down and pickup available upon request. There must be 24hours between bookings to allow for proper cleaning, so departure may be delayed depending on previous days drop off time.****Dogs welcome. NO Cats due to allergies.****During this Covid time, please Bring and take home your own Linens********Absolutely NO Smoking OR Vaping....Any violation will result in loss of entire $1500 security deposit***This unit is tracked by GPS which monitors speed and location. 65mph is the speed limit for our RV. $500 Vehicle abuse fee will be charged if unit returns with less than an A rating on GPS tracking log.****Renter is responsible for all traffic violations, toll fees, carpool lane fees, etc. during the dates of their trip.****Winter Rules- Between November and February this RV will be limited to roads that are not salted. So south, southwest etc and will be approved based on destination.What's included
