5My children and I rented the RV for a 5 night stay at Hart Springs over the July 4th holiday. RV was set up for us when we arrived. It was clean. The host, Mr. Rhodes, was very responsive to any questions and addressed my concerns with the utmost urgency, even on the holiday. We will definitely be renting from Mr. Rhodes again! We highly recommend.

1The reason for the dispute is the air conditioning in the RV stopped cooling in the middle of the first night. The ac would blow, it it did not cool. The temperature became 93 degrees. Also, the water never got hot. This was catastrophic to our trip. Our camping trip was in the middle of a Florida State park with very minimal cellphone service and no hotels within 25 miles that had a vacancy - Memorial Day weekend. It was 94 degrees outside. We could not even sleep outside because of the mosquitoes and wildlife. I contacted Outdoorsy on Saturday May 24th at 4:42 pm (case number 5717254) and again at 5:27pm (571789) in an attempt to contact the RV owner. The RV owner finally called me back Saturday 24th at 5:54 pm. Told him about the hot water issue and the no air conditioning- I even told him I was at Walmart at the time because I had to purchase a portable ac because of this issue. I told him how miserable we were and he did not seem to care. The owner never even called back Saturday night, Sunday or Monday to see if we got the hot water on or if the ac we bought was working out for us. Based on a lack of his professionalism, I do not care to speak to the owner again. He simply does not care and has proven it due to his inaction. I am requiring to have ALL of the money that I spent on this rental, PLUS my $500 deposit PLUS $389.24 for the air conditioning that was necessary to purchase. I have photos of the poor condition of the RV interior even before finding out the A/C and hot water is not good, photos / videos of the thermostat, Walmart A/C receipt and photos the the a/c that I had to utilize. I work very hard for my one vacation that I get with my family a year and this was a total disaster. See photos
