This Rockwood Signature Bunk House trailer has everything you need for a relaxing RV vacation.Equipped with a dining room table , full kitchen that includes a microwave, oven with 3 burners (gas), large fridge , and freezer. There is a full sized pantry , island with sink with sprayer hose.The bunk house can sleep 4 people that has a pull out couch, 2 bunk beds, a TV , cabinet and drawer space for your belongings. It also has a separate stereo in the bunk house. The dining area table folds down and can sleep two people. There is also a two seat recliner. The master bedroom has a queen mattress, storage above and at the bottom of the bed. There is also two closets and drawers for storage. There is access to a full bathroom from the master bedroom and living room.Has one electric AC unit and propane gas for heating. There are awnings for when you need shade, an outside shower and outside mini fridge and stove top if you want to use cook outside. What's includedEquipped with pots, pan, bowls, plates, cups for up to 8 and a full utensil set. There is a 4 cup coffee maker, cookie sheets, cutting boards, sponges and dish soap and other kitchen towels. A roll of paper towels and toilet paper. Linens and towels for amount of guest staying.

We had an excellent trip, due in part to our Super Host, James. His RV was in excellent shape and spotless. He delivered his RV right on time and completed the set-up and checkoff list within 30 minutes. We were very comfortable, and we enjoyed the inside electric fireplace with our morning coffee. His RV set-up was turn-key and all we needed to supply was our food and beverages for this trip. We will definitely be using James RV again in the near future and thank him again for his excellent customer service and care. Thanks James!!!!
