Huge thanks for providing such a comfortable & luxurious vehicle for our family to drive to a funeral service. This made a very difficult time a lot easier.

The experience we had was the most attentive and caring host! I'd be glad to do business again. There was certainly a rough start as the RV we originally rented had service issues just a couple of days before our trip. Luckily they were able to replace it with another RV they were renting. It was a bit of a downgrade but they took care of us there as well with the difference of price. Now this specific RV did have a few problems, There was a water leak, but the fixed that in a few minutes before we took off with it. It was just a tiny bit worn but very much not detracting from the stay. There was an issue with the onboard power, as such, we had to run the generator when we were not plugged in, but they took care of our extra generator hours as well. All in all there were a few hurdles, but they took care of each one as best as the possibly could to make sure we could still enjoy our trip!
