2019 Dodge RAM Promaster 2500
Since I discovered nomad life, I have dreamed of owning a camper van like this... and I am excited to share it with other city folk like myself, who can use it to re-wild themselves... at least a little bit.Because I have used it to work remotely and live out of it for a while, it has...
- MaxAir fan, AC and Furnace for ideal temperature control
- 400 amp-hours of Lithium batteries
- Rechargeable via (1) solar, (2) alternator while driving or (3) shore power
- Queen-sized bed that can be turned into a dinette
- Sink with hot water and 16 gallon white/grey water tanks
- Faucet can also be used as an outdoor shower
- 20-lb propane tank powers the furnace and a two-burner stove
- Three overhead cabinets, two drawers and pantry for lots of storage space
- Portable toilet
- Optional: Starlink RV unit for internet wherever you go (as long as you can get above obstructions like trees and rocks)The van is based in Sacramento/Orangevale, but I could drop it off in the Bay Area if needed. Please feel free to contact me with any questions about this van! What's includedKitchen: cast iron pan, soup pan, tea kettle, dishes and silverware, cleaning supplies, kitchen staples like salt and spices, Keurig coffee.Bedroom: Most renters have preferred to bring their own linens, but we can include pillows, bedsheets and comforter as an extra.RecommendationsStarting in California, some of my favorite places to visit are
- Mt. Shasta (check out the Gumboot Lake free campground, McCloud Falls and Old Ski Bowl)
- Umpqua Hot Springs and Crater Lake in Southern Oregon
- Salton Sea (it's weird and dead but has that desert appeal)
- Sedona, Arizona (as pretty as a national park, lots of camper-friendly BLM land)Other things to noteNo Burning Man. Ask about other festivals.

We had an amazing time!!! It was amazing having a home on wheels that went everywhere with us. We took it camping and traveled through Oregon. It was able to handle most of the bumpy roads, handled well, and was comfortable the whole time.
