5My kids and I had a great time with this motorhome. It was the perfect size for us and we loved the space inside when it was extended. Stephen was great with communication and very easy going with our needs.

2Stephen was quick to reply. Fuel fill port has an issue when filling. Could barely pull the lever at the fuel pump or it would click off. Took about 30 minutes to fill the tank.

5Overall the RV worked as expected, a little more wear than the pictures may convey. I would have given 4.5 stars, but since half stars aren’t a thing I gave 5. The host was very flexible with return time, since we had a late flight out that was very helpful and appreciated. We loved having unlimited mileage, as we had big plans to explore as much of UT as possible! Just a heads up: if you don’t have much RV experience you may want to do some homework ahead of time. We lived as full-time RVers for several years and we able to jump right in when the fridge didn’t switch over to propane and a couple other things weren’t quite right. All in all we would rent from Stephen again and look forward to more short-term RV adventures.

3The good: Stephen is VERY responsive, friendly, and accommodating. He graciously allowed us to pick up the unit early and return it late. The concerning: - Something is wrong with the fuel tank system. For some reason the pump thinks that the tank is full and stops working. It took about 10 times longer than it should have to refuel each time. We could never hold the handle/lever down all they way, we'd have to fill the tank very slowly and it would still stop fueling frequently. We stopped to refuel four times, and each time it had the same problem. - The tires are quite old (8-ish years?), which is both a safety concern and probably also relates to the ride comfort when traveling at speeds over 60mph. - There's no spare tire - The end of the hose that you use to drain the tanks has an end cap that didn't fit in the dump hole at the drain station, and there was no cap on the bumper to keep the hose in the bumper. It fits in the bumper somewhat tightly, but you never know with turns and ride vibration if the hose would slide out and end up on the road and cause a crash for another vehicle, plus it would be very inconvenient for a renter to have to purchase a drain hose - If you push on the end of the dining table (which is a natural thing to do when sliding in and out of the seat, the table will collapse. - The motor home isn't as nice/new as the pictures and description indicate. I believe that I may be Stephen's first renter and based on my communication and experience with him he seems to me to be the kind of owner/host that will care about the concerning feedback and do all he can to address it.
