This spacious and comfortable travel trailer is perfect for families or groups of friends. The queen mattress is fantastic. It has everything you need for a great camping trip, including a comfortable sleeping space for everyone, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The 14-foot power awning provides shade and shelter from the sun, and the large storage capacity means you can bring everything you need for your trip. The electric jacks make set up quick and convenient.What's includedEverything you need for a great camping experience is already in the camper, just bring your food, clothes, and toiletries. Fresh linens, 6 adult camping chairs, 2 child camping chairs, corn hole, soccer ball, foot ball, card games, inverter with 4800Wh of battery (separate from 12v DC batteries that run the essentials). 5000W propane generator, roasting sticks, popup canopy, beach umbrella, weight distribution hitch, luggage rack, and more. RecommendationsAlthough the trailer is below 5000 pounds, the tongue weight is above 500 pounds. I would suggest using our provided weight distribution hitch at no additional charge.Other things to noteI will do a full walkthrough of the entire camper, inside and out, upon pickup. Please allow an hour for the pickup process.

Karl was super helpful from the very beginning. He helped with a great walk though of the trailer to explain how everything worked and was easy to contact when we had a few questions. He was quick to respond and had the right answers. The trailer was in great shape (super clean), the main mattress was very comfortable, and everything worked (water heater, AC, plumbing, and power). Plenty of bedding, well stocked with kitchen supplies, and everything was well maintained. Great experience!

Great experience overall. Pickup and drop off was easy and Karl was great to work with. The master bedding in this trailer is amazing. Nothing like enjoying the great outdoors and then being able to come back and sleep well. Thanks for the great experience.

Trailered this over to Moab, was a terrific experience. Trailer is well setup with extra batteries, inverter, and solar. Lots of fridge/freezer space and storage throughout the rig.
