• Toilet Paper (RV SPECIFIC)Recommendations• We recently visited Prescott, AZ. We enjoyed the cooler temps, kayaked and took the mountain bikes out around the lakes. Other things to noteOur rental is SMOKE and PET free.
Additionally we ask that fish and other extremely fragrant food items be kept in a cooler and not in the fridge or freezer. Please no cooking with fragrant spices or grease indoors as the smells are hard to get out of the camper. The outdoor griddle is a great alternative.

5Matt and Sandy have the trailer stocked with everything you need to enjoy yourself and feel confident you're getting your money's worth to rent it. We used it both at a campsite with the generator and at an RV park completely connected. And make no mistake- there is NOTHING like that hot shower at the end of the day. Everything worked as intended and we'll be renting it again.

5From start to finish Matt and Sandy showed themselves to be amazing hosts. You can really tell that they care about your experience and were great communicators as we sorted out things prior to the trip. This was my first time renting a camper and they made the experience enjoyable and turnkey. Their camper is perfect for 2-3 people and has all the amenities you need for a great experience. They went above and beyond (IMO) as they brought us extra fuel for the generator, provided a cooler and ice for our canned beverages, supplied chairs for outside and too many other little things to list. As for the camper itself. The fridge is much bigger than I thought and we could've fit all of our cans, food and bottles (we were at a MTB race). The standard 2 propane tanks were more than ample for all our needs (we had the trailer 4 days and 3 nights). And the generator is so efficient, the extra fuel wasn't needed. The murphy bed was very comfy as were the bunks. Matt and Sandy supplied extra blankets too! The bathroom is very clean and, believe it or not, rather spacious, even for my buddy who's 6'2". As for the set up, Matt and Sandy were there to great us and the camper was all ready to go. They gave a thorough walkthrough and left us with the confidence that we'd be able to get the most use out of the camper. If you're looking for a amazing camper with amazing hosts, you cannot go wrong with Matt and Sandy!

5I can’t say enough positive things about Sandy and Matt and my experience with Desert Wanderlust but I’ll try. The trailer was immaculate. Very clean and had everything I needed to sleep comfortably off the grid. The refrigerator was huge and held more than enough for us to eat for a week. It kept everything very cold and the freezer was even cold enough to freeze a bunch of water bottles solid (not always the case with a lot of campers freezers) so I could use them to keep my cooler cold on my way home. The bunk beds were plenty big, even for adults. I was initially concerned about the murphy bed but it was very comfortable with the Serta topper on it and folded up very easy to get it out of the way when not being used. The bathroom was very clean. The shower was big enough to use and the tankless hot water heater warmed it up in no time. On top of the wonderful trailer, Matt and Sandy really added to the experience. The trailer had all the essentials (linens, plates, cups, pans) and then some. They included some often forgotten items like tin foil, paper towels, and trash bags. Plus, as an added person touch they included a wonderful welcome basket with note and some goodies…with k-cups to go with the included Keurig coffee maker. Lastly, they made pick up and drop off easy. They both met me and explained everything I need to know about the trailer for the pick up. For the drop off, Matt worked with me and my schedule to be available at a location more convenient for me to drop off and a time that worked. 10 out of 10 would absolutely rent again with Matt and Sandy (if I don’t buy my own Grand Design based on the experience).

5Mike and Sandy were easy to work with and made sure that my family had a great experience renting their RV. The RV was clean and worked out perfectly for my family. We recommend renting from them.
