2018 Forest River Sunseeker
Gas at $1.15, campsites open to reserve, now is the time to rent our beautiful 28' RV which is fully equipped with everything you need to make wonderful memories with your friends and family. The kitchen has all the essentials, a full size fridge., oven, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, and plenty of cupboard space. Sleeping six, (4 adults and 2 kids) there is a queen size, super comfortable bed (with privacy door), two singles that convert to a queen, (with privacy curtains), and a double bed. The bathroom has a shower and is separate from the main bedroom. For the outdoors, instead of an awning, you’ll have a large 9' umbrella, chairs, a table, BBQ, and outdoor speakers so you can dance under the stars. We take great pride in our rig and keep it very clean and very well maintained.We’ve prepared a guide for the RV which we'll send you two weeks before your pick-up date as well as a list of the contents of the RV. When you arrive to pick-up the rig, we’ll give you a thorough orientation and test-drive (60-90 minutes) so that you feel comfortable with driving Moonshadow and using all her wonderful features.When you request the RV, please tell us a bit about your plans. Is this your first experience in the RV world? How many in your party? Will it be an adventure with family or friends and where do you plan on going? That way, we can offer suggestions on the best campsites and customize the orientation. As for our experience, we have travelled coast to coast with Moonshadow and can offer many suggestions on where to camp and what to see and do in every province. Also we have been Airbnb superhosts for the last ten years and pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service. We provide enough comfortable chairs and a table, umbrella, outdoor mat as well as a barbecue and propane. Two weeks before your departure, we will send you a list of the contents of the RV. You'll see that you'll only need to bring food, drinks, your personal belongings and bug spray. Finally, we are willing to negotiate pick up and/or drop offs in other cities.RecommendationsWe have explored from Victoria to Nova Scotia and we are happy to share our knowledge of campgrounds, sites and venues for cheap gas!Other things to noteMoonshadow reflects our pride of ownership. We keep it very clean and therefore request that shoes are not worn inside the RV so, please bring your slippers! We ask that you return it to us clean and tidy, the gas tank full, and the grey and black water tanks dumped.
One final point, we will charge a $75 administrative fee for any unpaid tolls or parking fines, acquired during your journey and an additional $30 hourly fee if returned late or excessively dirty.

In Canada, we have travelled from Ottawa to Newfoundland and last year we drove this rig 10,200 km to Vancouver Island and back. We have plenty of suggestions of places to see and stay. Michelle and Malcom are very nice people. We get a detailed introduction to the functions and a test drive with Malcom to see if we can handle the little camper :-)
The fact that we are not flying back from the same place and cannot bring the camper back is not a problem. Michelle and Malcom simply fly after us and pick up the camper. At the end we are accompanied to the airport, what a service.
We recommend Michelle and Malcom wholeheartedly.

The Moonshadow rental experience was great from start to bottom. The hosts went out of their way to ensure our trip was enjoyable. Questions were addressed promptly and thoroughly. We received clear instruction on operation of the RV and were provided a test drive of city and highway. The Moonshadow was extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was easy to drive. We hope to rent again from these well organized, caring and thoughtful owners.

Q.What is provided for entertainment?

The entertainment system has Bluetooth, a CD player and DVD player. There is a television and board games. Bluetooth is also available in the cab.
Q.Our trip will be for five days and we anticipate using the generator for 10 hours. Will there be additional fees?
A.
No, you can use the generator for two hours per day for free. After that, it is $20 an hour.
Q.Can I bring my dogs, cats, gerbils, rabbits or smoke in the RV?
A.
Michelle is highly sensitive to animal hair and we use this RV often. So please no pets and no smoking or vaping.
Q.We have never driven an RV. Will you provide an orientation?
A.
When you arrive, we’ll provide you with a thorough orientation for 60-90 minutes. We’ll go over the different systems in the RV, provide you with a reference guide and take you on a test drive.
