We have 9 children still at home and there is room for all. 1 king bed, 2 tri-fold (full) couches, 3 (twin)bunk/loft beds, 1 set (2 beds) of kids disc-o-bed cots. TWO full baths, one with an exterior entrance door. Residential fridge, tons of storage and XL master closet!! Outside kitchen with propane quick connection, mini fridge and sink. Rental includes a screen tent (can be set up over the picnic table), linens for all beds/baths/kitchen, plenty of cookware and eating ware, crock-pot, charcoal grill w/ tools (bring charcoal), Keurig mini, outside chairs, sidewalk chalk, toys and a few family friendly games & movies. There is NO dining table inside camper but we do have some portable table and stools that can be used on rainy days.
