Our camper is 29 feet long and has a large slide out. It has a Safe-T-Plus steering stabilizer so it's a bit easier to drive. It gets approximately 10 miles to the gallon. It has large outside storage area, as well as many storage compartments inside. There is a queen bed in the rear bedroom, and a 3/4 full bed over the front seats. There is a dinette area that makes into a small bed and a pull out couch can also be a small bed.There is a backup camera with sound and automatic leveling system.If needed, we can negotiate setup/delivery/breakdown fees.You can leave your vehicle parked on our property during your trip if you wish.We have a toaster. We have 4 bath towels. We also have linens for rear queen bed and overhead front bed that include mattress protector, sheets and light comforter that are all washed after each guest. I have pillows available that also have protectors as well as pillow case, or you can choose to bring your own.The black & gray water tanks must be emptied before you return the RV or else there will be a $50.00 fee.Absolutely NO Smoking Please
