Delivery Only. This trailer is 31ft. long and has a great living space really makes you feel at home. 43inch Lg smart TV which can be programmed with your hotspot. Private Suite with queen size bed. Lots of storage and plenty of extra sleeping area for the kiddos and 2 more adults. Couch converts to a bed, bunk beds and table converts to about a full size bed. AC and Heat. Stereo with indoor and outdoor speaker, can be connected to Bluetooth. Bathroom has nice size shower with a bonus door to enter or exit bathroom. USB ports in bunk beds, two in master suite, and a couple in the living and kitchen area,
so you can keep your phones and tablets charged. LED blue light strip in and out door. What's includedYou will find everything you need such as Fresh linens, blankets, pillows, 8 towels, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes serving for 10, Keurig coffee cup maker. Toaster, smoothie blender, pretty much everything you think you would need, in side kitchen. I also provide dish soap, hand soap and toilet paper. Outdoor grass carpet with a bistro set(2 chairs and table) All you need is your personal products and belongings. Glamping is the way to go. Pick your destination within 65 miles and we will deliver, pick up, and set up. All you need to do is sit back, relax and enjoy!! Don’t forget to check out the add-ons. Also if bringing a pet there is a $50. -Absolutely No Smoking in trailer, if trailer smells of smoke $150. Will be deducted from you deposit.
-We love our furry friends, they are allowed by approval only. If trailer comes back dirty from your pet, meaning muddy paw prints, pet hair, smells of urine or feces there will a $150. Deducted from your security deposit for cleaning.
-To avoid a messy fee of $150. Please have trailer clean-garbage taken out, dirt, pet hair swept out. And dishes rinsed out.
-Prep. Fee $95.00Which covers prep, sanitizing, and set up.
-MOST IMPORTANT RULE Is to sit back, relax, have tons of fun and make some memories to cherish forever!! Don’t forget to take lots of photos. 😉

We took our 5 and 2 year old for camping last weekend and had such a wonderful time. Many thanks to Mechelle and her trailer, could not have asked for a better experience. Everything was arranged for a comfortable stay. From the beds inside to the awning outdoor, everything was perfect the moment we arrived at our campsite. Mechelle was quick to respond and answers every questions we inquired and more. Will definitely look for her for our next trip. Thank you so much for allow our family to share the great memories we had, couldn’t have done it without you.

My family had a wonderful time in Mechelle’s trailer.
It was very clean, comfortable, had a great size and everything worked just as you would expect/hope.
Mechelle was very thoughtful and communicative before and throughout the trip when needed.
Would certainly rent from her again.

Mechelle was a great host. The trailer is in brand new condition. Everything worked as it should. All the beds were very comfortable. The trailer was outfitted with all the things needed. Microwave, stovetop and oven, plates, silverware, toaster, refrigerator and freezer. We did not have hookups so we rented the generator and we were able to have enough water and holding tank space for a family of four on a four day trip. We would definitely rent from Mechelle again and will be our first choice when camping in the Sycamore Cyn/ Leo Cariilo area

Mechelle's RV was perfect for us! She set it up ahead of time and it was all ready to go - we really enjoyed the amenities and it was super clean and new! We slept great and loved the nice finishes like the flooring and decor. A special experience!
