Seth & Stacy were wonderful! Everything was set up on time & the camper is super nice. It was stocked nicely and even had welcome candy & toiletry bags. We appreciate all their hospitality and recommend them to all. We enjoyed our stay & will be back! 😄

Be very careful to only communicate with these hosts via the Outdoorsy application. I reported that main cabin heat was not turning on, and received a phone call that the solution was to rearrange space heaters. The main cabin heating problem was not resolved. The warmest the camper got was 54 degrees - and that was not during the coldest part of the day. I could not get the heat to come on, but the host claimed that there was no problem with the heat. Related, the host did not want me to hook up water for fear of the water lines freezing inside the camper. They originally blamed it on the camp grounds (the hosts set the camper up), but the camp grounds only asked campers to use heated water lines/or fill tanks and disconnect water lines at night time only - reconnect during the day. The hosts did not want me to have any water in the camper and wanted me to walk to shared campground facilities instead for a majority of my week. I expected to have a camper with main heat and bathroom facilities and received neither. The hosts were careful to only communicate heating/water issues verbally, and communicated the exact opposite via the Outdoorsy app. Only communicate with these individuals in writing and save all communications.
Seth and Stacey’s answer
We are very sorry you feel that way. However, I did communicate with you through the app, and I have all messages. Our hands were tied the first night you got there on Christmas Eve due to the water situation because of the campground not wanting it hooked up until the next day until temperatures got up over the 20s. They had several pipes burst that morning. The restroom facilities and showers were directly across the street from our camper and my husband offered to be over there as early as he could on Christmas morning which would delay our families Christmas, and you said no you were going to a hotel there was nothing we could do. I even communicated still that evening asking if there was anything we could do for you and you said you were fine and comfortable and you would return to the camper later. The gas heat worked perfectly fine and you never communicated with us that it did not, when we picked up our camper and our keys from the front office, we noticed our front door was cracked and open and there was an electric heater that we provided you still running and the gas heat was not even turned on. We turned it on and it immediately came on and it was already 69° in the camper. We then messaged you again through the app and said everything’s working properly as it should. It’s 69° in here you’re more than welcome to Come back to the camper and finish your stay and you refused. You said the hotel made you pay a week ahead so you were staying there and again, I’m not sure where the miscommunication was for you and I apologized to you and we tried to make things right even though we didn’t have any control over that water situation the first night. We wish you all the best!

We had a great time here at TopSail Preserve State Park in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Stacey & Seth we’re very accommodating. They helped us solve an issue with the TV in a timely manner.

Very Clean, everything worked, well stocked with everything we needed. Really, we overpacked. Our kids loved the snacks that were given as we first arrived.
Seth set the camper up, walk me through everything and was a pleasure to work with. Both Seth and Stacey answered text very quickly, answered all of our questions and was very flexible in meeting our timing needs. I would rent the Eagles Nest again and would recommend them to anyone looking to do a little RVing. Thankyou Seth and Stacey!
