Vanda and Vicki were the perfect choice for my trip to The High Sierras! Well equipped and totally thought out, down to the mirror and Cell booster. This was a solo trip for me and drove like a champ on the passes. Thank you for letting me make awesome memories.

My wife and I rented "Vanda" from Vicki for a week and drove her to Yosemite National Park, where we hiked and climbed. This was our very first time using Outdoorsy and we couldn't have been more siked to have Vicki as our host. She was so amazingly accommodating and answered any question we had on our trip via text with no problems (we have very few questions, she did a great job going over the features of the van before we left). As for the van itself, it is perfect for 2 people. It has everything you should need on a trip, the bed was comfortable, running water with a massive storage tank -we never ran out of water in 7 days, (we even showered with the attachment). We cooked dinner on the stove every night and Vanda came with the proper cookware as well as plates, bowls and silverware. The small fridge was great for keeping cold produces and beverages. We absolutely would rent from Vicki again and have already recommended her to friends.

The experience from start to finish was amazing. Everything was clean, working well, there were supplies to make everything so easy. The orientation to the van was perfect. Vicki was so kind and welcoming. Definitely would rent again.

Q.What are the pickup and drop-off times for this vehicle?
A.
Pickup time is any time after 4pm and drop-off is any time before noon. These times can be flexible — just send a message!
Q.How does the dinette conversion work?
A.
The dinette converts to a loveseat, sofa, daybed, or sleeping area (suitable for a small person or a child). To see how to convert to different configurations, check out Winnebago's video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4tyb_VIN-Ls
Q.How do I empty the gray tank?
A.
To empty the gray tank, first remove the cap from the drain outlet at the back of the van on the driver's side. Attaching sewer hose to this outlet is optional, depending on where the tank is being emptied. The dump valve for the gray tank is located inside the coach, behind a panel at the back of the van. Pull the handle on the valve to empty the water from the gray tank.
For step-by-step visual guidance, check out Winnebago's 35 second tutorial at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tvWrS1Ea0Rs
Q.How do I fill the freshwater tank?
A.
Attach a hose to the fresh water inlet at the back of the van and turn the Fresh Water Valve (top right) to "Tank". Turn on the water source and watch the fresh water tank sight glass (inside the van, just behind the MOLLE gate) to see when the tank is full. Slow down the flow of water as the tank gets close to full. Capacity of the fresh water tank is 20 gallons.
