Adventure Awaits – Your Home on Wheels!

Our own 4-wheel camper truck developed problems while we were in Death Valley to see the Superbloom. We needed alternative wheels while it was in the shop in Pahrump, NV. Because we were traveling with a dog, our options were limited. Luckily, Carrie advertised her Sunseeker 24’ RV as dog friendly! Her RV was perfect for our needs, allowing us to continue our desert wildflower explorations. Wheels and an affordable place to stay!! We hunkered down in Shoshone CA where we found dog-friendly hiking trails and nearby access to Death Valley National Park, Tecopa Hot Springs and the China Date Ranch and its trails. The RV was modern, well-appointed, and had plenty of power to ascend steep road grades. Very comfortable bed for my wife and me - note that this rig sleeps 6 with additional queen beds above front seats and on transformer dining table. All systems worked with more than ample 30 amp electrical hook up, spacious refrigerator, stove/microwave, and big water tank. We used toilet facilities at campgrounds, but it was nice to have the unit’s compact toilet available in the middle of the night. Carrie was great to work with and understanding about our challenges of having our rig in the shop. Highly recommended for folks wanting a very nice RV that is pet friendly and close to Death Valley and other destinations near Pahrump, NV.
