Responsive, helpful, and accommodating
Hosts are consistently helpful, friendly, and responsive. They offered refunds for major malfunctions and quickly corrected pickup problems, demonstrating commitment to guest satisfaction. They also included an unlisted grill.
Comfortable with critical system issues
Guests found the camper clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, featuring a large dinette and useful propane stove. However, one renter reported critical system malfunctions: water pump failure, rapid battery drain, and a chirping smoke detector, rendering essential utilities non-functional.
