Review summary
Host provided mixed communication
Host was readily available to answer questions and walk through issues. However, failed to inform about a missing canopy until pickup and offered no concessions, causing disappointment.
Family-friendly, missing key amenity
Described as a great little camper for small families. The living quarters were fairly clean, but the drivers area needed improvement, and a canopy was missing upon pickup.

2.0We were so excited and planning for 3 years to go out West. First vacation without children since our honeymoon. Everything was great until we went to pick up the RV. The outside was very dirty and had a huge cobweb on the passenger window. No biggie we can clean that off. We were pointed out by the host the tire pressure light, he said all sensors had been replaced but for piece of mind not so much. My husband noticed it sounded rough and said something to the host, we were told all checks are good. Day 3 into the trip, because of drive, we noticed after hooking up at a KOA the toilet was leaking! The kitchen sink had water damage that you could see just didn’t happen and best of all no hot showers. The Outdoorsy people were great and responsive. The host not so much, was defensive and in denial with everything we brought up, which there is more but I will run out of charterers. Make sure you point out every little thing on the day you pick it up. It might not hurt to have them hook it to water and check the oil before going on a 4500 mile trip!

3.0The living quarters were fairly clean but the drivers area left a little to be desired. Also, was not told there was no longer a canopy on the RV until I went to pick it up. Given all the rain over Memorial Day weekend, this was disappointing and no concessions on price were given.
