Helpful, but unresponsive to issues

Hassan is often friendly, helpful, and accommodating for delivery and setup, and responsive to questions. However, he has a track record of significant delivery delays, unresponsiveness to reported issues, unfulfilled promises, and last-minute cancellations.

Variable condition and amenities

The camper's condition and functionality are inconsistent. While some find it clean, roomy, and well-appointed, others reported dirty interiors, electrical/plumbing failures, non-working appliances, awful mattresses, and poorly stocked kitchens. Some received a different RV than advertised.

Unfortunately this was the worse experience we have had since using outdoorsy. The host was scheduled to delivery the camper to Blackwater River state park between 3pm-4pm and so we left at 3:45pm with 2 coolers full of groceries and kids in route only to get a message that the host was not going to delivery the camper until closer to 5pm. Not ideal but we can make that work since we were not getting to the campsite until 4:45pm. Well, we sat there in our car for over almost 1.5 hrs trying to keep the groceries cold and kids entertained when finally the host showed up after 6pm with the camper. He was very apologetic and did offer us a free night which helped a little. I wish things got better from there but there were electrical and plumbing issues that put a damper on our annual 4th of July trip. The host did come out and address the plumbing the last night we were there and the electrical issue I believe was a short in a relay or wiring because the battery only had 6v instead of 12v. That issue resolved itself somehow but every single night the GFCI would trip and cut power to the refrigerator and freezer. Happened all three nights. This was our least favorite trip and although Hassan was a nice guy, this experience was by far the relaxing weekend away we had hoped for.

Ac was cold when working in the main area at least. There was room for 6-8 people at max and that’s doubling up in all the beds. Fridge was a good size. Microwave didn’t work and the host strung us along for more than 1/2 day about coming out to fix it. It didn’t get fixed and he promised to bring a replacement one out. He didn’t come back or communicate further. The fully stocked kitchen is a joke. It’s a hodgepodge of items. There was a nice frying pan and some nice cooking utensils. Stove and oven both worked although tricky to get started. Eating utensils were hit or miss. Literally 2 spoons and a baby spoon in a camper that “sleeps 10”. Mattresses were awful and you need to bring your own pillows. Towels provided were clean. Fridge was very dirty and so was the bathroom. Pretty sure it wasn’t cleaned before being dropped off. Hassan is a say everything is great and make up excuses when not kinda host. Says the air didn’t work in the bedroom because it really needs 2 units when it fact, it just hasn’t been maintained or cleaned. Coils were super dirty and there was no air filter.. Overall not worth the price paid at all

The camper was very nice and clean. It had plenty of room for our family and could've slept more than just us 5.
