2022 Forest River Cherokee Arctic Wolf
43 foot camper with 2 bedrooms, spacious loft, 1 bathroom with shower skylight, spacious living room and kitchen. First bedroom has 1 king size bed with under storage, closet, a corner for a potential vanity and a 2 in 1 washer/dryer equipped with detergent and dryer sheets. Second room has a sleeper sofa that pulls out into a queen and 1 twin bunk bed above the sleeper sofa and a small closet. The loft can sleep 2. Living room has a sleeper sofa that pulls out into a queen bed and 2 recliners. This RV has a high ceiling and open floor plan. Plenty of storage and room for extra propane. Kitchen is cozy and will include an electric stove but no utensils or plates. This RV was lived in for 1 year but has been parked at the Tracen Petaluma Coast Guard station since 2023 and can be easily picked up and dropped off. What's includedWe will have pillows. Linens can be found folded in the master bedroom. But please bring your own bath towels and toiletries.Cargo capacity 3225 pounds, Fresh water capacity 49 gallons which we have found is a 15 minute hot shower. Grey water capacity 70 gallons and Black water capacity 35 gallonsGenerators are available for add on fee. Generators will be delivered full of fuel. Additional fuel is at renters expense.
