Why rent a room when you can have all the amenities of home right there with you. This trailer is so nice that we can't really call it camping when we take her out. We have to call it "Glamping"! When you have stainless steel appliances and leatherish furniture, flat screen tv with dvd player and surround sound, it makes your time way more comfortable than camping and sleeping on the hard ground. Also when you plug her in you've got heat/AC and refrigerator. Cmon! What else to you need. The bunks for the kids are full size beds and really cozy. You could actually fit 2 small kids together in each bed if you wanted.Not available for concerts, racing events or sporting events
